SVP Broadcast and Digital Engagement

Sperling was previously Senior VP and Executive Producer for the New York Giants, where he continually re-invented the team’s in-house content and production workflows, creating dynamic gameday and branded content to enhance the fan experience. Most recently, Sperling oversaw “Giants 100,” marking the team’s 100th season anniversary with a series of digital and broadcast initiatives, events, and in-person experiential activations to commemorate the year-long celebration.

Previously, Sperling was the SVP and Executive Producer of NBA Entertainment. He created and developed “NBA Inside Stuff,” NBC’s extremely successful series. “NBA Inside Stuff” is recognized as being the first show to have an innovative influence on sports entertainment programming aimed at the teen demographic. The series was recently inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame as a significant contributor.

Now, Sperling brings decades of digital media experience to KMH Integration as the system integrator continues to expand its operations across a range of markets, from sports and broadcast to media and entertainment, education, corporate, and financial.

“KMH has the unique skills to marry AV technologies with broadcast systems design – something I have not seen other integrators provide,” Sperling said. “Their technology and industry expertise gives me the expanded resources necessary to reach and support customers with a tailored experiential approach to each engagement, not just a rinse-and-repeat of previous projects.”

Organizations in every market are incorporating broadcast-quality production capabilities into their A/V infrastructures, a shift that KMH president Kevin Henneman describes as “AV Casting.” More companies are building broadcast-quality on-site studios, installing TVs throughout a facility, displaying 24/7 visuals, creating immersive lobby and presentation spaces, and enhancing the employee and customer experience.

In addition to delivering traditional system integration, consulting and design services, KMH is increasingly specifying and installing high-pixel pitch, high-resolution LED screens and mixed XR/VR technologies to create immersive environments.

“Our customers’ expectations are changing as they explore new ways to enhance their brand and increase their visibility,” said Henneman. “Don’s unique end-user perspective will help us provide the direction and guidance to close the gaps between turning their goals into reality.”
