KMH Integration Gives EY a New Look

KMH Integration is putting its extensive broadcast and pro AV system integration expertise to work for EY, helping the global professional services and technology consulting firm transform its audio/video technology infrastructure.

The Brooklyn, NY-based system integrator is designing and building multi-purpose rooms, meeting rooms, studios, and control rooms at two EY locations in Cleveland and Washington, DC.

“Many corporate organizations are now building on-site, broadcast-level studios to diversify their internal communications and enhance the employee and customer experiences,” said Kevin Henneman, president of KMH Integration. “They need reliable partners who understand every nuance of TV production, video distribution and content creation. Customers in many markets are relying on our core broadcast production expertise and bringing us in during the earliest phases of a project to collaborate and consult on the right workflows and technology infrastructure that support their current and future needs.”

The Cleveland location is where the EY executive team records and distributes employee messages and hosts Town Hall Meetings. KMH was engaged to provide consulting and engineering direction on the best ways to upgrade lighting, camera quality and placement as well as the overall atmosphere.

“The rooms needed to be high-quality environments that were also intuitive enough for an executive to come in, turn their laptop camera on and start webcasting.”

In EY’s Washington location, KMH provided design, consulting, and planning for a new broadcast studio.

“Adding a new look and a broadcast-quality vibe to a corporate space requires the right balance of technological knowledge and consulting expertise,” Henneman said. “Finding the right partner is key to success and more corporate planners are recognizing our unique skill in this area.”
