KMH was chosen to provide MetLife Stadium with a multi-year phased upgrade for their Video Replay Room, PA/Audio Booth and IPTV and AV console systems upgrade.

The project began with KMH evaluating and recommending improvements for the core video and audio routing infrastructure. KMH then provided detailed design and oversaw the implementation of a new hybrid capable routings platform that would support both baseband and IP workflow while also removing their existing Cobranet audio platform and replacing it with a QSC-based DANTE platform.

KMH worked very closely with the internal IT department at MetLife surveying and evaluating every existing switch and port assignment while also coordinating the replacement of the entire switch platform.

KMH was chosen to provide this consulting service, working with the stadium engineering staff and knowing the production requirements of the NY Jets and NY Giants to provide further insight into current and upcoming needs.

KMH also provided a technical roadmap to help guide the stadium on future workflows, including IP media distribution and file distribution. Production routing and switching systems as well as replay devices were evaluated, and in some cases KMH was commissioned to expand or modify certain systems to optimize them for the new and evolving workflows.

The audio and video systems designed and installed support over 2000 endpoints, clubs, suites and concession areas as well as interfacing with truck dock and broadcast connection points throughout the stadium.

KMH’s unique mix of consulting and integration skills allowed the stadium to formulate an implementation plan for necessary upgrades and changes that was tightly coordinated with sporting and entertainment events which are held year round at MetLife Stadium.
