NBC Sports in Stamford, Connecticut engaged KMH Integration to support the network’s ongoing upgrades of its existing production control rooms, and commission a new production workflow fully embracing a 2110 IP SMPTE integration.
KMH worked with NBC Sports to redesign their production control rooms and provide integration support augmenting NBC internal staff. The KMH engineering team redesigned the rooms in coordination with NBC engineering to create a complete SMPTE 2110 environment including integration with audio supporting AES 67. When these rooms were first launched, they were not fully SMPTE 2110.
KMH update the NBC sports production workflow and deployed a full SMPTE 2110 implementation.
